A new Openpear has been released.

Hi,

We have a Christmas present for all PHP users. Openpear is a web service for sharing PHP libraries, hosting the code, publishing package at PEAR channel server.

Openpear was launched at November 2008, very useful web site but only for Japanese PHP users. Now, we opened internationalized version with all new features.

Openpear is now the platform, the environment and the infrastructure all over the world.
